Some photos aren't for everyone. HiddenShows turns them into slideshows only you can open.

Add photos from anywhere in your library — including your Hidden album — put them in the order you want, and play them at your own pace. Lock any show with Face ID or your passcode, or lock the whole app.

Slideshows of your hidden photos

• Add photos from anywhere in your library, your Hidden album included

• Drag slides into any order you like

• Give each slide its own time on screen, from one second to sixty

• Type a caption to appear over the photo

Locked when you want

• Lock one show and leave the rest open

• Or require Face ID or your passcode to open the whole app

• The app locks itself again when you leave it

• Nothing leaves your device. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking.

Say what you remember

• Record a voice note on any slide

• A slide waits for its narration to finish before moving on

Run it hands-free

Tap the microphone and talk to your show while it plays: "faster", "slower", "stop", "go", "back", "next". Say "tag" to name a slide and "group" to gather tagged slides into a new show.

Subscription

HiddenShows is free for one month, then $9.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.

HiddenShows was previously named PixRoster. Only the name has changed; this policy is otherwise the same.

HiddenShows does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. Everything you make in HiddenShows stays on your device.

Your photos

When you add photos to a show, HiddenShows copies them into its own private storage on your device so a show keeps working if you later move or delete the original. Those copies never leave your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

HiddenShows only receives the photos you choose. Removing a slide from a show removes only HiddenShows' copy — the photo in your library is untouched.

Narration you record

Voice notes you record for a slide are saved as audio files in HiddenShows' private storage on your device. They are not uploaded, analysed or shared.

Voice commands

When you turn on voice control during a show, HiddenShows listens for a short list of spoken commands using Apple's Speech framework. HiddenShows requests on-device recognition wherever the device supports it, so the audio is normally processed entirely on your iPhone.

On a device or language that does not support on-device recognition, Apple may process the audio on Apple's servers to convert it to text. That processing is performed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. HiddenShows itself never records, stores or transmits that audio, and the microphone is only active while you have voice control switched on.

Face ID and passcode

If you lock the app or an individual show, HiddenShows asks iOS to confirm it is you. iOS reports only success or failure. HiddenShows never sees your Face ID data, fingerprint or passcode, and Apple does not make that information available to apps.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. HiddenShows never sees your name, payment card or Apple Account details. The app receives only whether a valid subscription exists, so it knows whether to unlock. Purchase records are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Children

HiddenShows is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

Your control over your data

All of your shows, photo copies and recordings live inside the app on your device. Deleting HiddenShows removes all of it permanently. Because nothing is stored on a server, there is nothing for us to retrieve, export or delete on your behalf.
