The little things are the easiest to forget: a pill, the gym bag, the milk. Forgetful Jones keeps your routines and makes sure they actually get done. It is available on iPhone, iPad and Apple-silicon Mac.

WHAT IT DOES

• Routines are simple lists: morning pills, the Walmart list, leaving the gym. Put them in sections and give them colours.

• Four ways to check a step off: tap it, say it ("I took my vitamin D"), let the app ask you out loud until you answer, or record a few seconds of video as proof.

• Hands-free with Siri: say "Hey Siri, talk to Forgetful Jones" and the app opens already listening. Make a new routine, change one, or check things off, all by voice.

• Reminders at the right moment: at a time of day, when you arrive at a place, or when you leave one.

• A History of what got done each day, with a calendar of what was scheduled, done or missed.

• Your lists stay in step on all your devices through your own iCloud account.

PRICE

Forgetful Jones is free to download. Using it needs the Forgetful Jones Yearly subscription: the first month is free, then $9.99 a year. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

Privacy Policy: see below on this page o

Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Forgetful Jones is made by RJGJr Enterprises.

Forgetful Jones is made by RJGJr Enterprises. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: your routines stay on your devices and in your own iCloud account. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing. Forgetful Jones has no sign-in of its own, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. We run no servers and receive no information about you or how you use the app.

YOUR ROUTINES AND HISTORY

Your lists, steps, places and history are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they are also kept in your own private iCloud database so they stay the same on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. That database belongs to your Apple Account; we cannot see it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

MICROPHONE AND SPEECH RECOGNITION

The app listens only while you have its Listen screen open or have started it with Siri. To turn speech into text it uses Apple's speech recognition. Apple may process short audio recordings to do this, as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive your recordings or transcripts.

CAMERA AND VIDEOS

The camera is used only when you choose to record a video for a step. The clip is saved on the device that recorded it and is checked on that device using Apple's Vision framework. Videos are never uploaded to us or to iCloud by the app. You can delete them at any time in the app.

LOCATION

If you set up a place reminder, the app asks for your location so iPhone can tell it when you arrive at or leave that place. Your location is handled on your device by iOS and is never sent to us.

NOTIFICATIONS

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

CHILDREN

Forgetful Jones is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

CHANGES

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
